New Starting date and Poll result

Even if the poll didn't finish until November, the Results are clear.  We will use tracks from Tracks Update Project 2010(-12).  The calender has been changed in the follow way:

-Race 1 (Plante) and Race 6 (Santafest) have been replaced by Snoogy '10 and Montega '11.

-Race 2, 3 and 5 (Algeria, Tusaye and Finland) have been replaced by they updated versions.

-Race 4 (Surkit) is without changes in the calendar.

The new starting date was scheduled for the 16th November, but due too much other non-Login competitions and a small talk with zgr I  decided to move the Championship to 2015.  

The season starts at the 4th January and ends on the 8th February.
